Building the Runway

2024 – 2025

We started by solving traditional business problems. Throughout 2024–2025, we operated as a profitable consulting agency—tackling strategy, branding, and full-stack development across real estate, EdTech, and e-commerce. This built our enterprise DNA and funded our runway without outside capital.

The Pivot

Late 2025

By late 2025, we had the enterprise experience, the commercial strategy, and the cash flow. What we needed was the deep-tech firepower to build our own systems.

That's when Baala joined the team. Bringing a background in quantum physics and bare-metal systems engineering, his arrival catalyzed our complete pivot. We stopped building standard web apps for other people and started architecting our own proprietary AI infrastructure.

I. Economic Long-Term Goals: Redesigning the System

When I talk about economic long-term goals, whether for our company or for the world, what I envision is a fundamental shift towards a system designed for the benefit of everyone. But more importantly, designed to reach the right people. When I say that, I think of two approaches. One is to direct resources to the people who need them the most. The other is to direct them to the people who would use them the best. The answer isn't one or the other. It's a calibrated balance between both that drives sustained long-term economic and social growth. This isn't abstract. Today, the top 1% of asset managers control strategies that outperform retail portfolios by 3–5x annually. The tools exist. The intelligence exists. The access doesn't. And that pattern repeats across every system that shapes people's lives: financial, legal, regulatory, educational. The people who most need to understand how these systems work are the least equipped to question them. That imbalance is what we're building to correct.

II. Transparency in Systems of Power

Institutional systems, whether religious, political, cultural, or financial, have come a long way. Some have benefited people, some haven't. But when any system holds enough authority that its rules can shape your life, take away your time, or define your identity, then that system owes you transparency in its governance, in its knowledge, and in its goals. The agendas these institutions carry should be open to examination and evaluation. Traditions, ideologies, and practices, regardless of origin, have to be measured against reason before they can be accepted. That isn't disrespect. That's the minimum standard any system of power should be held to.

Product Architect & Strategy

Suprabhat drives Dirmacs' overarching product and commercial vision. He successfully pivoted the company from a services agency into a deep-tech infrastructure provider, architecting the commercial logic and safety rails that make our agent systems enterprise-ready.

Beyond strategy, he leads applied research, spearheading a patent-pending AI safety system and Eekvul, a platform bringing institutional-grade financial tools to emerging markets. His work is driven by the conviction that AI infrastructure should promote global equity, not widen existing gaps.

Baalateja Kataru

Lead Systems Engineer

Baalateja architected and built our proprietary stateful agent runtime and the Ares library entirely in Rust. He leads all engineering efforts across client and internal projects, from agentic AI pipelines and RAG systems to full-stack applications and desktop tooling.

His work ensures the infrastructure is self-healing and capable of zero-downtime failover without reliance on external frameworks. He is the reason our systems perform at the level they do.

Shanjeth Gobinath

Head of Operations & Delivery

Shanjeth manages the revenue-generating consultancy arm, overseeing end-to-end project delivery and maintaining the financial runway that keeps the company self-sustaining.

He also serves as the primary internal stress-tester for Eruka and our runtime stack, running rigorous validation cycles before any system reaches a live market. His feedback loop between delivery and product is what ensures we ship infrastructure that actually holds up in production.
